"Life Settlements" are "front end" transactions and involve the sale of whole policies in accordance with all appropriate laws and regulations.

They do not involve the “back end” or the raising of capital or fractionalizing of policies into “shares’ for sale as an investment to individual investors.

A security is an investment instrument, other than an insurance policy or fixed annuity, issued by a corporation, government, or other organization which offers evidence of debt or equity.
